Bennett Security: Delivering quality workmanship and reliable support with the personal touch
I’m Mike Bennett and I run Bennett Security Ltd, a small, customer-led business. For over 18 years I have been delivering high quality security systems to both the domestic and commercial markets throughout the North East of Scotland. I supply, install and support a wide range of systems including fire alarms, security alarms, CCTV, door entry systems, access control, nurse call, emergency lighting and security lighting.Working from home in Findon keeps overheads to a minimum. This means I can supply and install quality products and systems at a great price. Since none of the equipment used will be found in DIY stores, I can deliver bespoke and robust systems, tailored to requirements.
All my work is carried out to a high standard, using quality materials. Premises are left in a tidy condition. Systems are all installed to current relevant standards. Full public liability insurance is in place.
I am a fully qualified and approved electrician to trade and started working in the fire and security industry in 1984, shortly after becoming time served. In 1999 I set up Bennett Security which became a limited company in 2004.
I have completed BFPSA (British Fire Protection Systems Association) training for the installation and maintenance of fire alarms as well as many manufacturers’ product training courses.

In addition to domestic properties, I look after the needs of many nursing/care homes throughout Scotland, installing and maintaining fire alarms, nurse call systems, freeswing door closers and fire door safety maglocks.
I have worked as a sub-contractor for many of the larger security system companies including ADT, Bell and Chubb, amongst others, carrying out installations on their behalf.
I would welcome the opportunity to quote for fire or intruder alarms, nurse call systems, emergency or security lighting, CCTV or door entry systems (no hidden service contracts/charges). I am also happy to take over the maintenance of existing systems.
